Ah... the torture of leveling. I just wanted to remind everyone that there are a few things you can do to help level-up the guild's experience. Check out the examples below...
- Guild Groups
Heroic or Normal Dungeons and 10-man raiding parties all can contribute to the Guild XP, provided you have enough guild members along for the trip. The new patch will make XP even easier to come by when grouping. Currently, you need to have 4 or 5 guildies in a dungeon and 8 guildies in a 10-man raid. While the raid requirement is not going to be changed, the dungeon runs will soon provide guild XP for having only 3 guildies in the group. The will also provide more XP if you have 4 and more still if you have 5! So it's very important to ask in guild prior to queuing up for a random dungeon to see if anyone else might want to tag along. You might not have to pug anyone! - Raid Bosses
With our raid schedule just kicking off, we're starting to topple some bosses in the new end-game raids. (Halfus was just downed last wedneday.) As a reminder we don't get any XP for the trash mobs in these instances, only the bosses... so it's always great when we manage to bring them down each week. - Dailies, Dailies, Dailies
While much less than the amount received when doing Dungeons and Raids, every little bit helps. Be sure to complete what dailies you can to contribute to the Guild XP. - Alternate Leveling
Level up an Alt once you get bored with your main. While the XP received is lower during the early levels, at least it's something to help out. :)
The major stumbling block we are facing is the Cap Reset mechanic. Just a refresher, the Guild XP is capped at a certain number that can be received on any given day. But if that cap is not met during that day, the Cap DOES NOT reset to the next level. Only after we have capped it will it move up at the next reset (3am Server Time). So please be sure to do all you can to help us acheive the cap each day. -
Welcome to the new Unholy-Guild.com website, powered by Wowstead. Wowstead was recently purchased by Curse and they have started a massive push to upgrade the Wowstead system to integrate better with the game. As a result, we've decided to move our primary website over to Wowstead and start taking advantage of some of the features they offer. Stay tuned as we build a new website to better server Unholy.
